05) How often does my Kitchen Fire Suppression System need to be serviced?According to the National Fire Protection Association Regulations, Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems need to be tested as indicated below: NFPA 17A 7.3.2 – At least semi-annually, maintenance shall be conducted in accordance with the manufacturer’s listed installation and maintenance manual. NFPA 96 11.2.4 – Fusible links (including those on fire damper assemblies) and automatic sprinkler heads shall be replaced at least semi-annually or more frequently if necessary where required by the manufacturer.
