06) How often does the Kitchen Exhaust System need to be commercially cleaned?

(please note that Banff Fire & Safety does not clean kitchen exhaust systems, however, we do test the suppression systems)

NFPA 96 11.4 -  The entire exhaust system shall be inspected for grease build-up by a properly trained, qualified and certified company or person(s) acceptable to the authority having jurisdiction in accordance with Table 11.4 (shown below).
